New Construction on Laurelbrook!

Here are the current updates for all new and current construction:

S/L 71 is coming along well.  

Finished selections are being ordered and scheduled, in case anyone is interested in a slab ranch which could be completed in 6-8 weeks.  

They are finishing the drywall meantime and pouring the driveway, patio and walks, next week with landscaping to follow.

A lock box may be necessary for showings as the trades may have the house locked.

S/L 50 Laurelbrook Oval is going to be under roof by the end of this week.  

It is the reverse of the model next door except it will have a 10' ceiling in the great room, dinette and kitchen, a butler pantry instead of the broom closet, and a laundry room with a built in bench and cubbies.

S/L 74 Glenbrook is about to have the slab and garage floors poured this week.  

The carpenters will move from Laurelbrook to begin framing this house for Joe and Margarita Bocanegra the week after.  

They have begun their selection process and l have ordered larger samples of their final choices, for them to be completely sure it's what they want.
